BettingProfessor.app ("we", "our", "the app") is operated by NortonGriffinProperties LLC, 7803 N River Shore Dr, Tampa, FL 33604. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. This page is maintained by the app owner for transparency; it is not a legal certification.

• Account information: email, username, password hash, display name, optional phone number, and preferences you provide.
• Subscription information: plan tier, billing cycle, trial and renewal dates, and subscription status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us.
• Bet history: bets you track or save, stakes, odds, results, and grading data used to power your history, ROI, and CLV tools.
• AI requests: the questions and inputs you submit to Professor Coach, Professor's Lab, and other AI features, plus the generated responses.
• Professor Take requests: custom matchup and event analysis requests you submit, along with the resulting analysis.
• Usage analytics: pages viewed, features used, and timestamps, in aggregated and anonymized form.
• Device information: IP address, browser, operating system, and crash diagnostics used for security and debugging.
• Cookies and local storage: used for sign-in sessions, preferences, and dismissing in-app messages. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

• Provide, secure, and improve the app and its analytics features.
• Generate personalized history, ROI, and bankroll views.
• Deliver transactional email and, if you opt in, push notifications.
• Detect abuse, fraud, and policy violations.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

• Supabase: managed database, authentication, and storage for account, bet, and subscription records.
• OpenAI and other AI providers: process AI request content to generate analysis and insights.
• Stripe: processes subscription payments. You provide card details directly to Stripe; we receive only status and renewal information.
• Sports data, odds providers, and crash diagnostics services.

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored in access-controlled databases with row-level security so users can read only their own records. Administrative access is limited to authorized personnel. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data and to withdraw consent. You can delete your account at any time from the Delete Account page, or email us to exercise any other right.

BettingProfessor.app is intended only for users who meet the legal wagering age in their jurisdiction (18 or 21+, depending on location). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us so we can remove it.
